Team seats and invitations

Pro is one seat. To share a workspace you need Team or Team+, and you invite people from Settings → Members.

An invitation produces a link that is shown once. Lyncera stores only a fingerprint of it, so it genuinely cannot be shown again — copy it before you leave the page. The link expires in fourteen days and works once, for the address it was sent to.

Roles decide what somebody can do: admin manages members and settings, member works the pipeline, viewer reads. Removing somebody keeps their contacts — the rows belong to the workspace, not to the person.
