Acceptable use
Lyncera is a manual, user-triggered prospecting assistant. You agree not to use it for automated mass collection, automated messaging, circumvention of third-party platform limits, or any use that violates the terms of the platforms you use it with. You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's User Agreement and applicable data protection law when contacting people.
AI outputs
AI-generated analyses and drafts can be wrong. They are decision support, not facts. Review every message before sending it; you are responsible for what you send.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled via the billing portal. Usage limits reset monthly. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
