Plans, quotas and running out

Each plan includes a number of profile analyses, company research runs and message drafts per month. Usage is visible in the sidebar and in the extension panel's header before you reach the limit, not after.

When an allowance runs out, that action stops. Nothing is billed by surprise and nothing is deleted — the rest of the app keeps working, and the count resets at the start of your billing month.

If a run fails after the credit was reserved, the credit is returned. If you think you were charged for something that did not happen, report it and include roughly when it was.
